Appreciation
This has been a challenging and highly successful year, and yet at the same time we have the sense that we are really only beginning an exciting four years of fundraising for the collection.
The new campaign is fortunate to have such strong support. I too would like to thank Bruce Parncutt and the members of the Foundation Board, and our new Campaign Committee. We have a strong and effective management group. I would like to acknowledge the outstanding contribution made by our Head of Foundation, Judy Williams, who is now supported by a growing team. This year we were joined by Anna Kopinski, our new Head of Major Donors & Bequests, and she has now completed the recruitment of an excellent support team.
Everyone who supports the work of the Foundation in any capacity, does so because they believe that above all the success and effectiveness of the NGV rests on the quality and depth of the collection. The Members of our Foundation continue to make a strong and transforming contribution to this process.
